Quotes

"My family is just visiting this place for the first time but it is unfortunate that the heavy rainfall has denied us the opportunity to catch fun here."
...She said: "I was brought to Abeokuta by the woman's husband. I don't know that they had already paid money on my head. I only got to know in Abeokuta when I overheard the woman and her husband talking about child trafficking and I felt bad. I decided not to eat any of their food. There is one lady in that building, they call her Adeola, she would bring food for me and I would not touch it to the extent that the woman's husband pleaded with me to eat and still I refused and said I am going back to Aba where she brought me from."
Foluke said, "he was supposed to get some plots of land for the church and he got it. But the surprising thing was that, he told the owner of the land to increase the price for the land. The price was moved to N11million instead of N1million. According to the so-called pastor, the church would pay because they are desperate to the get the land. He planned sharing the money with the owner of the land but guilty conscience wouldn't allow him (land owner) do such, so he went behind him to sell the land for N1million to the church."
On her part, Dabiri-Erewa said the country must practice federalism, saying "if you go to Zamfara State, if you see what they have in terms of mineral resources, if they control their own resources, they would have been the richest state in Nigeria today."
