Quotes

The evaluation states that instances of the use of profanity were not isolated but used "regularly," and was not of the "garden variety.” Also the report said credible witnesses reported that Gerbino commonly used "offensive, derogatory and profane language" to describe female employees of the CityCity of Americus."
Southwestern Judicial Court Judge Rucker Smith said of the presentation, "It was good to have such a diverse, energetic and talented group studying and thinking about the problems of our community with an eye for resolving them. I thought all the ideas interesting, some certainly achievable and some are being achieved today. The presentation was stimulating and thought provoking. I hope there will be follow up and this will not just be another report gathering dust. The fact that different groups were communicating was very gratifying. I hope the project will stimulate further communication in our own community about our common problem and common solutions."
