Quotes

The man said his band was left extremely disappointed in the council. "Now we can't show anyone in Bundaberg how good we are," he said. "We were the CityCity of Bundaberg Drum Corp and now we have nothing in Bundaberg to March for. "Next they'll be saying we can't do the Pageant of Lights because they'll say it's too difficult," he said. Mr Ravenhill said the band would be forced to leave Bundaberg to march in out-of-town parades. "We'll go to Hervey Bay for the Whale Festival and Toowoomba Festival of Flowers," Mr Ravenhill said. "But it's going to cost a lot of money to travel; it costs around $3000 to rent a coach.""
"We will work through a process with the ex-service community and just see where we go with that" she said
"I hope this serves as a big reminder to them that these are no-go areas for that sort of behaviour."
"I've tidied it up to make it look as though somebody cares."
