Quotes

"They told me that this was a problem they were seeing and if I brought in the plate, they would replace it for free. I couldn't get the bolts off my car at the time, so I had to have them loosened. I went back after they were loosened and I had new bolts. I brought them in and they said there was a fee associated with doing that" said Torreano
"He was in fact involved with cooking at the time of the explosion and previously" Budelmann said
"Frank Ferraraccio and his twin brother, Joseph, were born in Auburn on May 15, 1941, the sons of Josephine Morabito Ferraraccio and Frank Ferraraccio Sr. Frank grew up in a predominantly Italian neighborhood on Spring Street. The area was alive with young people, mostly boys. There were continual baseball, basketball and football games. This was before many youth organizations developed. The kids organized their own games and teams and solved their own arguments over "out or safe" and "foul or no foul." When it became dark, they would sit on the steps of the Neighborhood House and tell "lies and stories." Who was the better center fielder: Mantle, Snider or Willie Mays? During the fall and winter, the activities moved indoors to the Neighborhood House, where the kids played basketball, bombardment, pool and ping pong. In the winter, the city would block off Spring Street and sleds, or a piece of cardboard, would propel the kids down the street and into Alger's horse barn. Kids walked back and forth to the various schools in the area. This developed relationships for life."
"It's my hope that, at some point, Mr. Vail will realize this is not the path he wants to go down" Budelmann said
