...but the police told him to follow them and when he wanted to talk, they pulled a gun at him and he was then handcuffed together with Lamin B Jarju. "Lamin B Jarju even told them that I have not done anything, as I was just there to visit him, but the police told him (Lamin B Jarju) that was not his business"
He said the plan spells out the strategies of the Council in the next six years and how it can work towards reaching its targets. "This document will surely serve as a management working tool that will represent the interest of the people and help the Council to do a better job by harnessing both human and material resources" he noted
