Quotes

'Data should not put more barriers into people's work,' said Ms Graham. "It should make your communications more effective. If you are segmenting, are you getting the results and effectiveness? If you are going to a very granular level and the results are incredible, I would argue that that is worthwhile doing. Segmentation will always exist - consumers have habits that are similar to other consumers, so it works. People have budget and resource constraints which mean that 1:1 is a hard task, so segmentation allows us to get as targeted as we can."
A Channel 4 spokesman said: "We do not believe that the current regulatory system appropriately recognises the benefits that public service channels bring to platform operators."
"Our single-minded focus on making the Projectplace service even more user friendly and intuitive continues to strengthen our position as market leader" continues Zetterström. "Our goal? To reach one million users this year."
Ford added: "The tech sector itself has evolved and expanded rapidly in the past few years. The new breed of tech companies are typically lean, fast-growing and so are expanding their real estate portfolios in order to ensure access to talent, and to enable them to collaborate with companies in the same field. The more mature tech companies, meanwhile, are focused more on portfolio optimisation and driving efficiencies, so on the whole are less active in terms of taking space. The catalyst for the larger companies to increase their footprint will be mergers and acquisitions, and many analysts expect there to be significant consolidation in the market over the next 12 months."
