According to a senior leader of All Pakistan CNG Association, Ghiyas Abdullah Paracha, due to government "s on-going CNG loadshedding plan the public is extremely offended. He said majority of public transporters stop their business when CNG is not available five days a week. This causes not only a great loss to the transporters but adversely affects the life of common man. Students face difficulty in going to their educational institutions due to the unavailability of public transport."
Commenting on the low quality flour, a wheat trader said: "Wheat plant remains damp in the beginning and during irrigation more water is added to the soil which affects the harvest to a greater extent and, as such, wheat gets affected badly."
According to him, the army could be called in only as a quick response force. "If the government intends to pressurize any political party from taking out rallies in capital, it might further aggravate the already tense political situation" he cautioned
He hailed the struggle of lawyers for supremacy of constitution, parliament and democracy in the country. "Had there been no lawyers' movement, there would have been martial law in the country" he stated
