Quotes

Roelle said, "In comparison to western Nebraska, the Tube exposed me to metropolitan travel. Learning the subway system was a different kind of cultural experience. In a major city, I was out of my comfort zone and forced to adapt."
"Images of large classes and long, lonely hours studying thick books full of difficult material accurately represent professional school, but when the third year of medical school begins, you have more contact with patients which makes the work become more enjoyable" she said
Petersen and her husband, Herb, note that "the tin tent awaits” for travel and camping adventures following the end of the current semester. Ann also hopes to stay in touch with education through CSC adjunct work."
"This will be the second year that it's been done here. I am going to try to make it an annual thing. The only difference this year from what we've done in the past is that we used to have it only open to adult women, 18 and over. This year, we changed that, because there has been a lot of interest shown by the younger girls at the high school and things like that, getting ready to go to college. They want to be ready and to have some skill sets to be able to protect themselves" Huff said
