However, it's a case by case situation. In fact, the figures suggest that [councils] receive the same quantum of fine as rural operators."
"Having the support of the Westchester County PBA is a great honor," Murphy said in a news release. "I have committed myself to working with all law enforcement agencies and officials to create a safe atmosphere for our families and I look forward to doing the same on a statewide basis when I get to Albany."
Despite the prepping, it's unclear whether the city can handle an outbreak. "I don't think New York or any city has the resources" said Paula Grace Dunn Tropello, dean of Wagner College's Spiro School of Nursing, who estimates that it takes about 100 staff workers to take care of...
In a letter to the Executive Board, Ms. Roberts wrote, "After deep consideration and reflection, I have decided to resign as Executive Director of this great institution effective December 31 , 2014.  I will continue to serve you as your Vice President on the International Executive Board of the American Federation of StateAmerican Federation of State County and Municipal Employees."
