General: Intel Corporation was incorporated in California in 1968 and reincorporated in Delaware in 1989. It is a semiconductor chip maker, developing advanced integrated digital technology platforms for the computing and communications industries. The Company offers products at various levels of integration, allowing its customers flexibility to create advanced computing and communications systems and products.
