The company is regarded as one of the leading companies in Kansai, as well as a leader of the Japanese electric power industry. The Company operates in three segments. The Electricity segment supplies electric power, as well as the designing of electric power facilities, environmental facilities and other facilities, and the periodical check, maintenance and operational management of electrical facilities. The Information Communications segment offers Internet connection, Internet payment, hosting and security checking services, among others. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of liquefied natural (LP) gas, as well as the development of real estate and the provision of life-related services.
