It takes the students a lot of time to build their robots. "It took a couple of months to get a working design and then all the programming. We had an arm on it last year that had three joints. There was a scoop that picked up game pieces and dumped them into a bucket" said Rick Johnson, a KHS math teacher who works with the teams
