Pam Adams.” She followed up with an email at 4:18:32 the same day saying 2nd request. She responded again on June 13, 2014 stating 3rd request. On June 16, 2014, Mr. Jones received another email stating 4th request seeking a simple yes or no answer. On July 3, 2014, Mr. Jones received another email asking him to clarify what issues he has with her permitting applications.  On July 7, 2014, Mr. Jones responded in a lengthy email reiterating that “permitting agents” are not recognized by Florida Statutes. He went through an explanation and asked whether anyone at Scott Adams Construction holds an appropriate Division 1 contractor’s registration or certification. He stated that he could not find anyone licensed in the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation contractor database. Scott Adams Construction responded on July 11 asking for a copy of certificate of competency card for September 20, 2011 and August 22, 2013. On July 11, 2014, Mr. Jones responded that her request was being forwarded to the appropriate person for a public records request. On July 26, Mr. Jones received an additional request from Scott Adams construction asking him to verify certain specific information about Scott Adams Construction, Vander Velk Construction, Charles H Adams, Inc. and Vitter Plastering Inc.  The recordsrecords manager responded to these inquiries. On July 29, 2014, Mr. Jones received another email from Scott Adams Construction signed by Pam Adams seeking some of the same information. Pam Adams accused Mr. Jones of making numerous inaccurate and untruthful statements. “Pam Adams” did not specify what those statements were. This request was handled as a public records request."
"The reality is a voter can vote when they want to," Scott said. "You can vote by mail or you can vote at 6:55 p.m. on Election Day."
However, the "donors she listed in the report did not exist, and FDLE believes she fabricated donors and addresses to show she had raised more than $150,000" the FDLE release said
"For many years, Panama City Beach has been one of Florida's most iconic tourist destinations," said Secretary of State Ken Detzner. "This exhibition will highlight a very special period in its history, when the unique Miracle Strip amusement district was in its heyday. The Florida Photographic Collection is one of the richest resources available to the public through the State Archives of Florida and Florida Memory, and we are delighted to celebrate National Archives Month by sharing these historic images of Florida tourism."
