When the fire crews arrived, "they observed heavy smoke and flames origianting from a structure at the top of the roof, and they began to battle the blaze" said George Gordon, spokesman for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety
"The arresting officer is a state-recognized drug recognition expert (DRE)," said Alpharetta Public Safety spokesman George Gordon. "it is the arresting officer's belief based upon his expert training and experience that the accused was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a substance which caused significant impairment."
"during the interview with the detectives, he began to cry and confessed to calling in the hoax bomb threat" Gordon said, adding the charges are yet to be determined
