Quotes

Jack Sanders, president and chief executive officer, told shareholders, "Continued growth for packaged snacks in Southeast Asia requires that we build our third composite can plant in Malaysia. The new facility will be located on our customer's new manufacturing complex and will more than triple our current can production capacity in Malaysia."
The 23 schools, listed in alphabetical order, were described as "non-neighborhood schools with SAT or ACT averages above the highest averages for neighborhood schools nationally."
"Over the past few months, I learned that making a difference doesn't depend on age," said Sansbury. "On March 28th, a bunch of teenagers packaged around 24,000 meals to send to third world countries. It was amazing to see everyone working together. I learned a lot throughout the project and hope to continue to make an impact. I would also like to thank the South Carolina Young Entrepreneur committee for the award. It was great to see all of the great things South Carolina is doing at the award ceremony on April 4th."
...We are extremely proud of all of our students," said Christina Walker Belis, GSSM SPRI & Outreach coordinator. "For many of our seniors, the GSSM research experience, which culminated at SCJAS, is the first stage of a long and successful career in scientific research."
