Quotes

"There was a guy called Miles Stewart I used to train with and he used to do exactly what I just did to Dan every race to me and there was only one way to beat him."
Commenting on the increases in participation, Triathlon Australia President David Ferrier stated "these initiatives have been driven by co-operation of the hard working executive resources within our sport, the efforts of a united group of Presidents - together with their Boards - and a group of forward thinking directors."
"He's a very good swimmer and runner and comes from an ITU (International Triathlon Union) background and now with the year of the 70.3 racing under his belt he is considered a pretty strong rider as well" he said
Cllr Dave Poole, Cabinet Member for Community and Leisure Services, said: "Since working with Stuart it seems that Russell has gone from strength to strength. He is collecting medals from competitions across the globe, gaining experience in his discipline which will hopefully stand him in good stead for the Rio qualifications. I wish him the best of luck and hope to see him gracing our screens come 2016 !"
