Quotes

"Unlike well-known central leaders, the two national parties, BJP and Congress do not have well-acclaimed state leadership in Ranchi. Besides, both Congress and BJP have faction driven organisations, which hardly attract voters who tend to like the clarity of leadership that the regional parties have. Babulal Marandi led Jharkhand Vikash Morcha, Sudesh Mahto led AJSU party and Shibu Soren led Jharkhand Mukti Morcha therefore often emerges as their first choice over options offered by the national parties" says a senior IPS officer versed in Jharkhand's political dynamics
...All these four states will have BJP governments," PTI quoted Shah as saying. "Formation of governments in these four states will be the achievement of the next stage of our agenda of Congress-free India" he said
"Jan Dhan Yojana is part of the Centre's comprehensive agenda to integrate the financially poor populace with the economic mainstream of the country and make them financially empower" said Bhagat
Analysts however feel that these steps would help little. "The Aam Admi Party also has a team of aggressive, professional and high-tech people but they failed to make their presence due to lack of ground support. Elections are fought on ground where you need leaders and support of the people. RPI and SP both lag behind in these aspects."
