Joshua Albright entered a not guilty plea in Lancaster County Court on Thursday in addition to the original charges, including assault and use of a deadly weapon. He's accused of stabbing Benjamin Miller to death in a fight over a woman. Albright's attorney, John Hoppe, says his client killed Miller in self-defense. He says a jury needs to decide the case.
