"It is for that reason that we have taken responsibility (as government) to go out and check the things for ourselves so that where government can intervene, it can intervene and ensure that all Zambians have got an equal chance" Dr Mulenga said
"The road is too narrow and cannot accommodate two vehicles, because of this, a vehicle has to be packed on the side in order to allow oncoming vehicles to pass" he said
