Dr AK Dhussa, Advisor, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, in the course of his remarks said "Bioenergy is now laying claim to an important place in the renewable energy basket due to technologies that have evolved over the years. Currently in India bio energy accounts for only 13 per cent of the installed renewable energy capacity of the country. However this comprises only the commercially exploited bioenergy. There is a need to take into account the non-commercial usage of bioenergy from cook-stoves and boilers etc."
"We carried out a large number of trial runs of the product and have compared our results with that of other packages and we find that in many cases we are closer to actual results obtained in the field" said Prosenjit, one of the analysts in this project...

Currently, the techno-commercial feasibility study is on since we need wind data for the pilot project in Gujarat" said Tulsi Tanti, chairman of Suzlon Group
According to the Department of Personnel and Training, (DoPT), "The central government has decided to extend the age relaxation to all persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from January 1, 1980 to December 31, 1989 for a further period of two years beyond December 31, 2013." The rule will not adversely affect the interest of any candidate
