...and over 30 injured when a truck turned turtle near Mandavkharag village in Valsad district, Superintendent of Police Nipurna Toravadi said today. "The truck was carrying over 60 people including ladies and children. The occupants of the truck were returning from nearby Sadarbeda area after participating in an engagement ceremony, Ms Toravadi said. "The accident took place when the driver of the speeding vehicle lost control of the steering. Three people died on the spot while two succumbed on their way to a hospital in Dharampur Tahsil town," Ms Toravadi added. The injured were admitted to the government hospital in Dharampur.
