He said there was initial hiccups with the PAAR transmission but as at "March 31st 2014 when our former platform for the issuance of PAAR was shut down, and the second platform took off by April 1st.2014, all the initial challenges or hiccups associated with the issuance of PAAR became history. So, now we are on a new pedestal."
