While the E10 blend is available everywhere in Iowa, the E15 blend is only available at the 30 retail fueling stations that carry E15. "The 15% ethanol blend provides consumers with a cleaner, less expensive and more locally-produced fueling option" says Monte Shaw, executive director of the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association
