For the first quarter, across the network, two stores were opened and five stores were remodeled. According to the contract, "the pumps could not achieve the desired capacity with three of the pumps running due to overheating of the 8 MGD pump motors. Since then, the city has been using four pumps in order to manage the peak flow without adequate standby protection. Significant corrosion in the (pumping facilities) and associated electrical room has also occurred."
