Milne, 33, now of Old Wood Farm, Rait, Perthshire, pleaded guilty on indictment to possessing indecent photographs of children and taking or making indecent photographs of children between November 2011 and January 2013. George Donnelly, defending, said: "It's clear that the court will require reports in relation to this matter. Sheriff Tom Hughes deferred sentence until May for social work background reports and released Milne on bail in the meantime. He said: "You are now subject to the registration requirements under the Sexual Offences Act.""
