"Demand is sluggish," Stephen Platt, a strategist with Archer Financial Services, said of China's appetite for the metal. "and people aren't looking for much in the way of strong growth."
Those with a more pessimistic view of the market might be concerned about subdued inflation in the U S , Platt said. "iâm looking at this market as starting to go more toward an equilibrium here" he said
"we're getting some better physical demand, which had been lacking in this market" said Stephen Platt, a futures strategist with Archer Financial Services
