Quotes

"The Board believes the Operations division of the Group offers sustainable and predictable revenues and therefore represents the future value of the Group. Its performance over recent years has been encouraging and it has developed into one of the strongest performers in the sector. The Board believes it should therefore focus future efforts and resources on the growth of this division through the development of AD plants on Group sites, possible refinancing of associated interests and through value enhancing acquisitions. This strategy will reduce the reliance on the unpredictable and lumpy cash flows associated with contracts in the EPC division."
"We bought it (Hillbarton) for a pound and the assets are worth a million so potentially not a bad deal for us" said TEG chief executive Mick Fishwick, referring to the nominal figure paid to Glendale Recycling
"This project is an important first for London and provides a positive demonstration of a fully integrated renewable energy and waste management project. The anaerobic digestion and composting facility will see waste, which could have been sent to landfill, now being used to create renewable energy and heat as well as compost and digestate for the agriculture sector."
Commenting on his appointment, Leo McKenna, said: "I am delighted to be joining TEG at a very exciting time in its development.  There are some very interesting strategic opportunities for the Company to pursue and I look forward to working with a very talented team."
