In a strongly worded 31-page order issued yesterday, U S Magistrate Judge Timothy Rice said that "Germany has established probable cause of Breyer's complicity in the mass murders at Auschwitz."
On Wednesday, U S Magistrate Judge Timothy Rice granted the U S government's request for an extradition certification "based on Breyer's role as a Nazi 'Death's Head Guard,' in the murder of 216,000 European Jews at the Auschwitz II-Birkenau death camp" and one other location from 1943 to 1945
On Wednesday morning, U S Magistrate Timothy Rice ordered Breyer's extradition to Germany, writing , "Given Breyer's role as an elite SS armed guard at a camp designed and operated almost exclusively as a killing center for Jews, Germany has established probable cause of Breyer's complicity in the mass murders at Auschwitz."
