"We set high expectations around behaviour and participation, and we reward and celebrate students' successes. "We have quite a number of students engaged in university courses, traineeships and apprenticeships, and we do track our students individually." Mr Zilm said it was the individual focus on student achievement that created a positive learning environment. "It's generally a positive environment," he said.
